昨夜こんな記事を書きました。

なぜ、この話がしたかったのかというと
友人の２年ほど前の記事を読んだからです（笑）
そう、わが盟友の宮ちゃんが書いた
家事代行サービスという
「モノ」ではなく「サービス」を提供している
「カジタク」さんが、地域のベンダーさんに
サービスを売って貰いやすくするために行った方法がこれ
サービスを箱にして売る！

価格もさることながら、このシリーズの画期的な点は、
店頭でサービスがカタチになって手に取れるというところ。
このパッケージの箱には、このサービスを受けるための
チケットと取説キットがはいっています。
「サービスなんて、メニュー表で十分」と考えている場合が多いのですが、

というのが大事なんですね。
お客様にとってももちろんですが、
店頭のスタッフも「物」があると売りやすいのです。
これは盲点でしたね。
素晴らしい着眼点です。
カタチの無い「サービス」は
リアルな「モノ」にすると
売りやすい・・・
うむむ・・・
本当に勉強になります。
